Shipping And Refund Policy

Our current estimated processing time is up to 1–5 business days + shipping for orders not within sale periods. 

 

Shipping lead times may be affected due to the high demand of postage services in New Zealand and around the world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

New Zealand & wide Shipping

 

$10 – Standard: 3-6 working days

$30 – Express: 1-5 working days

$100 – Wholesale: 4-6 weeks + shipping time

Free Shipping - Standard: 2-3 weeks + processing time

International Shipping

 

We ship worldwide! - $30 USD  - Standard: 2-3 weeks + processing time

 

International customers (outside of NZ) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

 

All items purchased from Sunshine & Media Co. are carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for all our items.

 

For incorrect order processed or damaged items sent please request for a refund, please contact us via contact page or email at sunshine@sunshine-tv.com within 24 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund will be issued at the discretion of Sunshine & Media Co./sunshine-tv.com

 

Cancellations

Please note that we don't allow cancellation on your order after it has been placed as we use print on demand production.
